Independent Practitioners and ABN Responsibility

Some practitioners, facilitators, or service providers operating within or in association with Wilderness Pursuits do so as independent contractors under their own Australian Business Number (ABN). These individuals are solely and fully responsible for:

Client Responsibility

By engaging in services offered through Wilderness Pursuits, clients acknowledge and agree that:

They understand the nature of the services being provided and accept that outcomes may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilderness Pursuits disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
